Week three of ”Manhattan Central”, we’re bringing back the Dry Manhattan with Jefferson’s Small Batch Bourbon

The Dry Manhattan
1 & 1/2 oz. Jefferson’s Small Batch Bourbon
3/4 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
1 dash Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Lemon Peel.
A Dry Manhattan is made with dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth and served with a twist. Dry Manhattans were popularized by Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack.
