Please join us on Thursday January 24th, 2019 at theFour Seasons Hotel to celebrate the release of the 2016 vintage from Bordeaux. We will highlight this highly sought after vintage along with other vintages from Lynch Bages, Ormes de Pez, Leoville Barton, Langoa Barton and Figeac. A Champagne reception will start at 6:30 p.m.with seating for the dinner promptly at 7:00 p.m. Our guests this year are Jean-Charles Cazes of Lynch Bages & Ormes de Pez, Damien Barton-Sartorius of Leoville Barton, Langoa Barton & Mauvesin Barton and Frédéric Faye of Figeac.

3rd Course: 2011 Figeac, 2007 Langoa Barton & 2006 Lynch Bages paired with Herb Crusted Venison, Liquid Beet Gel, Roasted Sunchoke
4th Course: 2004 Figeac in Magnum, 2001 Lynch Bages & 2004 Leoville Barton paired with TBD Cheese Course (working on final with Chef)
Dessert: 2010 Suduiraut paired with Ellijah Apple Pecan Crisp Chantilly & Caramel Sauce
